Ethan Jack: 5 Months

This little boy is crazy. He is such a mover. He is rolling all over the place and is even scooting backwards. We are hoping he slows down just a tad. This month he even tried his first bites of rice cereal. We waited until he was 5 1/2 months and boy was he ready. He is wearing 6-12 month clothes and weighs somewhere around 18 pounds. Love my big, laid back, smiley boy.

Christmas 2012

Christmas was wonderful. Such a great season filled with some many fun memories. This year was no exception.  A couple highlights for me was Trav reading the story of Jesus's birth with his family. Its so good for us to keep the real reason for Christmas first. It's way too easy for me to lose sight of that. My second favorite moment of Christmas was our little family of 5 taking toys to the Poverello house on the 24th. We heard there was a shortage of donations so we felt it would be a great family opportunity. Each of the kids picked out their own new toy to donate.  We have been given so so much. Thankful for the biggest gift in Jesus. That He, the promised savior, was born in a dirty manager, to redeem to lost and bring hope to those who would call him Lord.

Luke was dreading the moment that Santa would arrive at Noni's. (who may or may not be my uncle dressed in a really bad suit...shhh) This has become a yearly tradition and is always a highlight of our Christmas Eve. (Not Luke's though)

Logan: Wiggly Tooth

Logan lost her first tooth. Thank goodness because her adult tooth was nearly completely in already. The tooth fairy visited. She left $2.00 and some pixie dust behind. This happened two weeks before her 6th birthday.
